TOWNSHEND LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTS

Townshend Landscape Architects won a design competition and were commissioned to develop a landscape strategy for the business park, set on the site of a redundant power station on the banks of the River Thames. A masterplan was developed by Arup Associates which promoted the use of environmentally efficient buildings, set in a sustainable flood plain landscape that seeks to promote a thorough interaction between the built form and the landscape.
