The Lewisham Gateway Development aims to fill in a missing piece of Lewisham’s urban fabric, creating a permeable and fluid extension of Lewisham Town Centre. The Mayor of London has identified this site as one of the first ten regeneration schemes in his 100 Public Spaces Programme. It will provide a valuable resource offering opportunities for new housing, cafes, bars and restaurants, offices and leisure facilities, promoting a lively and stimulating urban environment. The site is positioned between Lewisham Town Centre and the DLR, rail station and bus interchange.
