SELBORNE HOUSE GRANTED PLANNING
Selborne House an office development designed by architects Pelli Clarke Pelli and Swanke Hayden Conell has been granted planning permission by Westminster City Council. Townshend Landscape Architects were appointed to design a canopied pedestrian area connecting Victoria Street, Spenser Street and Seaforth Place. Paving, planting and seating alongside pavement cafes create a new public place to relax and watch the world go by; the open space is situated just off Victoria Street.
