MINOCO WHARF
Ballymore have submitted the outline planning application for Minoco Wharf in the Royal Docks enterprise zone in London. The masterplan has been developed with Glenn Howells Architects to include 3,500 residential units arranged along streets and around landscaped squares, a new high street with shops, community and commercial uses, an extension to the Riverside walk to connect to Barrier Park. Phase 1 is now being developed with Glenn Howells Architects and Fielden Clegg Bradley Studio.
